Metfin's Shotblast System is a high production solution for large, heavy parts.
Components are positioned or fixtured on a low-speed rotating table. The blast wheels propel large amounts of abrasive at the parts being cleaned. Many diameters to meet most production needs.
A full width door with an extended cabinet work height opens wide for easy loading.
A heavy-duty worktable with excess load capacity is captive in the cabinet -- keeping abrasive contained in the machine while loading and unloading the product.
An HMI Touch Screen operator interface and integrated PLC provides simplified operation, flexible operating parameters, onboard diagnostics and maintenance alerts.
The system's modular design allows for simple assembly of the equipment on site.
